Led by Chalon Lefebvre, a dedicated physical therapist with 25 years of experience, our practice is focused on providing personalized care to help you reach your wellness goals. Chalon spent the first 17 years in outpatient orthopedics, progressing to a managerial role, followed by 7 years at a home care agency providing care to the elderly before starting Kinetic Response PT in early 2024. She holds certifications in Myofascial Release, Graston, Pilates, Cupping, Rock Tape and is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. All of this combined with being a as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Chalon is also a local mom residing in Old Greenwich with her husband and two daughters. You can often find her on the pool deck or the sidelines of lacrosse and field hockey games cheering enthusiastically for her kids. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, learning to play tennis and hiking with her black lab, Kaia.
Chalon is committed to giving back to her community. Actively involved in her daughters' schools and volunteering within the Greenwich community, she strives to make a positive impact on those around her. With a genuine passion for helping others, Chalon Lefebvre, PT, LMT, CSCS, is a trusted advocate for individuals seeking personalized and comprehensive care on their journey to optimal health.
Kinetic Response PT recognizes that each patient is as unique as their reasons for coming to physical therapy. Each 1-on-1, 60 minute session will be based on what is right for the patient that day. Chalon will design a treatment plan based on the whole person not just their injury into every visit. By combining evidence-based physical therapy techniques, manual therapy and massage along with personalized strength and conditioning programs, Chalon empowers individuals to not only recover from injuries but also enhance their overall physical performance and quality of life.
